Wonderful hotel with great service!

The location is near Kuta Beach, so exploring the area was easy. Breakfast provided variety and options that tasted delicious. I especially appreciated the thoughtful surprise during checkout, when staff tied red strings and offered heartfelt blessings. It was a nice touch to end stay.

The room was right next to the water park. I could hear the loud speaker announcements and children screaming from morning until park closing. This made it hard to relax.

The staff were kind. Their attentiveness really stood out. the housekeeper, obi, left towel animals for us each day. the gesture was especially charming. i enjoyed a birthday treat in the restaurant!

there was some noise that sounded like a generator. the constant humming was noticeable in the room and the entire floor, and it detracted from the comfort.

The pool and gym were both quite nice. I found them clean and well-kept. the spa center offered really good services. I felt very relaxed after my treatment. the hotel also sits next door to waterbom aquapark, a nice perk if you enjoy water parks.

The hotel is well located. It allows a short walk to kuta square. it provides convenient access to nearby attractions! though the road to the hotel was narrow, it didn't bother me much.

I found the food to be good. Breakfast has a wide variety of choices. i especially enjoyed the dragon magic. i also dined at the restaurant and found the pesto pasta with sesame-crusted salmon super!
